Patio Dinner Theatre will prove to be a very enjoyable and
memorable experience for anyone looking for a unique outing.
This exclusive and unique dinner theatre is the only one of its kind
in Canada, and is located just minutes from Red Deer, Alberta. The
Patio is covered and can be enclosed and heated during inclement
weather. Seating capacity is 84.
Western Canadian Entertainers, Richard and Deborah Popovich, own and operate this truly unique dinner theatre, and have been delighting audiences with their travelling shows for over 20 years with their own special brand of humour and music. At the dinner theatre, guests will be treated to a delicious meal and/or dessert served by Richard and Deborah.
The 2010 schedule consists of 30 dates offering up 6 different delightful shows and several delicious meal choices. Following dessert, guests are encouraged to explore the expansive perennial garden and manicured park like grounds overlooking the spectacular Red Deer River Valley. This years schedule includes a Hillbilly Show, Roaring 20’s Theme Show, a Western Show, an Inspirational Sacred Show which includes a harpist, Grandpa Bonds Campfire Show, the "Red Hat & Crown Jewels" GALA, a Show & Dance Party Extravaganza with the Emeralds, and the SEASON FINALE.
Groups of 40 or more can choose their own day apart from the schedule if they wish, as well as their choice of meal and show.
The theatre site is wheelchair accessible with tram service for all, being offered to anyone who would like a ride from the parking area to the theatre.
Popovich Dinner Theatre is also pleased to partner with the Capri Hotel and Convention Centre for "special events". The Capri Hotel is Red Deer's only 4 Star Hotel, and as well, has been voted Red Deer's "2009 Hotel of the Year". This season is featuring 3 SPECIAL EVENTS at the Capri Centre.
