A Bit of History About The Family

Early in their years together, Richard and Deborah were blessed with four beautiful daughters, Shelley, Charmaine, Camille and Carmen.  While their girls were small, Richard and Deborah pursued music on a part time basis.  During that time, Deborah followed in her mother's and grandmother's footsteps, teaching private lessons in both piano and voice.  As a result of teaching, music festivals became a big part of the family's lives.  As well as the girls entering in vocal solo classes, Richard and Deborah, together with their girls, competed in numerous Family Music Classes.  This was very encouraging for the family, as they won every Family Music Class they entered.  Richard played bass guitar, Deborah played keyboards, and together, the family sang in four part harmony.

In order to fill out the back up band, Deborah's father, Albert Bond came on board playing guitar and singing.  Richard and Deborah's friend, Norm Taylor, filled in the necessary rhythm section on drums.
